IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

No, we cater for 10-1000 people!

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Just send an enquiry through the website or contact us via email or phone & we can discuss you even needs in further detail.

 

DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, once all details have been confirmed, a deposit invoice will be sent through. A deposit is needed to secure both your date and your goods for your event.

 

ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS?

A Security Bond is required with final payment. This bond will be refunded 10 working days post event date pending loss or damage of goods

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Final Payment is due & payable no later than 7 working days prior to your event date.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Yes, the mobile number is the client emergency number.
